Self-taught designer building simple solutions to complex problems. Unsolved problems is my happy place.

Currently, I design for Uber’s Rider Concepts team. We’re a small group of designers, engineers, and thinkers who experiment on nontraditional products and ways to help the vision grow with people’s evolving needs. Simply put, we’re a never-ending startup focused on getting the products to the people.

Prior, I was part of the team that rebranded the digital presence of India’s largest car manufacturer, with one of the country’s first design studios. We created an omnichannel experience to keep pace with India’s digital evolution.

Before that, I received majors in mechanical engineering & visual arts from Duke University. Duke is where I discovered my love for design, and actively gave back to the design community by creating & teaching a class on human-centered design, as well as hosting workshops on design tools.

In school, I grew up across cities and continents — India, Russia, the United States, Vietnam, Singapore, and the Philippines. I try to bring these different perspectives to the table.

In my spare time, I love giving back to the student design community as well as engaging with the larger design community. I believe it’s important to pay it back, especially when my journey was propelled forward by the dozens of designers and professionals that patiently guided me and were my north stars.

Beyond building products at rapid paces that people love, I’m an avid traveller and painter, and enjoy running through San Francisco’s beautiful parks.

Please say hello if you’re interested in chatting about opportunities, if you’re a design student, or if you have cool things to share.
